Jiri Kylian

Jiri Kylian is one of the most important figures associated with contemporary dance. Since 1975 he is related to the National Dance Theatre in Hague where he creates one of the most outstanding kind of choreography. He connected the dance movement with Mozart music in a magic way. His performances Petit Mort Forgotten Land Black & White astonishes with simplicity and movement precision. It creates some kind of space relations. Jiri Kylian intentionally sculpts using the body, which is a conscious instrument here. We take from it handful.
